泰安是國家重要的糧油、果蔬、畜禽和有機、綠色食品、無公害農產品生產基地，食品產業基礎好、發展快，主要涉及食品制造業、飲品和精制茶制造業、農副食品加工業三個行業，擁有蒙牛乳業、泰山啤酒、泰山恒信、普瑞特機械、泰樂源科技等規模企業。今后，將聚焦特色農副產品、預制菜、乳制品、休閑食品、保健食品、寵物食品等業態，堅持引進頭部企業和培育自主品牌相結合，著力打造北到京津冀、南至長三角的“中央廚房”。
The modern food industry. The food industry has a good foundation and rapid development. It mainly involves three industries: food manufacturing, beverage and refined tea manufacturing, agricultural and non-staple food processing industry, with Mengniu Dairy Industry, Taishan Beer, Taishan Hengxin Co., Ltd, Prettech and Taileyuan Technology. In the future, it will focus on specialty agricultural and sideline products, prefabricated vegetables, dairy products, leisure food, health food, pet food and other industries, persist in introducing head enterprises and cultivating independent brands, and strive to create a "Central Kitchen", north to Beijing, Tianjin and Hebei and south to the Yangtze River Delta.
